What is Vitalance?
Vitalance is a 100% natural soil and foliar nutrient preparation. It strengthens and improves the health of both the plant and soil life, resulting in better growth, increased resistance to diseases and pests, and faster maturation. This leads to higher yields of superior quality—characterized by an attractive appearance, uniform color, and excellent aroma, flavor, and shelf life.
Vitalance is produced using raw materials from organic agriculture.
How it works
Your plants and crops exist in a close symbiotic relationship with soil life. Healthy soil life protects the plant and supplies it with essential elements, nutrients, vitamins, hormones, and enzymes in exchange for the sugars and root exudates produced by the plant.
Unlike synthetic fertilizers, Vitalance is harmless to soil life because its elements and nutrients are embedded in a matrix of organic proteins, oils, and enzymes. Vitalance is absorbed through the stomata on the underside of the leaves and transported via the stems and roots to the soil life. The soil life then supplies nutrients back to the plant as needed and at the right time. Sugars and root exudates not immediately required for germination, growth, development, or production are stored by the crops and surrounding soil microbiology in the form of humus. Humus is stable and easily assimilated by soil life; it also contains substances that stimulate and protect the plant. Trace elements (such as those found in Vitalance) are crucial for the soil life to produce these beneficial substances.
Reduced weed pressure
Imbalanced soil nutrition—specifically highly soluble ionized elements found in fertilizers, raw slurry, and digestate—leads to increased weed pressure. Weeds act as nature’s cleanup crew, preventing the leaching of elements and nutrients. They also develop to buffer imbalances in soil fertility, soil structure, and soil moisture levels. Most weeds appear as a result of calcium, magnesium, and phosphate deficiencies in the soil. Weeds serve as an indicator of the soil’s fertility balance. Vitalance was developed to correct these elemental and nutritional imbalances, thereby reducing weed pressure.
Protection against light frost
Immediately after misting, Vitalance provides protection against mild night frost (though caution is advised).
Application
Apply a Vitalance solution by misting or spraying it around your crop before planting, and subsequently once every 2 or 3 weeks. Vitalance is absorbed through the stomata on the underside of the leaves. This allows Vitalance to penetrate close to the photosynthesizing cells, enabling the elements and nutrients to be quickly linked to sugars and other metabolic products.
Dosage
Arable farming, grassland, open-field crops, and tree & fruit cultivation
Ideally, apply the first misting before planting; for subsequent applications, use 4 liters of Vitalance per hectare. Once the crop looks vital and healthy, you can reduce the dosage to 2 liters per hectare.
Home use
Prepare a solution for watering or misting using 20 ml of Vitalance per liter of water. For borders and lawns, use 1 liter of the solution per 10–50 square meters. For large trees, use 3–5 liters solution per tree, applying Vitalance as a fine mist throughout and around the crown. Vitalance is best absorbed through the stomata on the underside of the leaves; therefore, misting is preferable to direct spraying onto the leaf surface. Ensure the trunks of trees and shrubs are thoroughly covered as well, as trunks and stems effectively absorb moisture and nutrients.
Packaging
Vitalance is available in 10- or 20-liter containers, or as an IBC (1,000 liters). For home use, 500 ml bottles are also available.
